We offer our Preventative Screening Ultrasound Exams on-site at your facility as a benefit to your employees and staff. We screen for plaque build up in blood vessels and blockages associated with cardiovascular disease. Often, there are no symptoms or warning signs of cardiovascular disease and many times severe complications, such as heart attack and stroke can occur.

Who Pays for Corporate Screenings?

There is absolutely NO COST to host the event and we customize the payment solutions to meet your specific needs. Exams can be paid for individually by your team members or with HSA funds. Exams may also be paid for corporately for all staff members or combined with partial corporate/partial employee payment. You may also select to corporately pay for "key" administrative staff members and allow individual general team members to self pay.




How It Works
